I offer on-site and in-shop computer services for home and small business users in the Upper Keys. I service any computer brand including Dell, HP, Macintosh, Compaq, Toshiba, etc. I will come to your place to install any software or printer, upgrade your computer parts, set up your Internet connection, or add your computer to the network (wireless or not). I will help you with computer issues and will guide you in the right technology choices for today, while considering where you want to be in the future.

I can also troubleshoot Windows operating system, help with Microsoft Office issues, fix hardware and software installation issues, booting problems, etc. Prompt, reliable, same day service is available under most circumstances.

I can install a computer network at your place of business or home. I can diagnose and eliminate local area network connection problems and troubleshoot dropped Wi-Fi network connections. I can install an electronic device (access point, network hub, PDA, print server, router, wireless range extender, etc.) to your network. I can also check the security of your existing wireless or local area network and make it secure. (Generally, 80% of wireless networks are not secured.)

I can recover your data from a hard drive after operating system failure, hard disk crash, virus & malware attack, accidental data deletion, and sometimes even if your hard drive has been formatted.
